Jay Maisel is one of the photographers I like to refer to, dropping by and looking at his latest work from time to time.
There are a few videos out there that feature Jay, for me its how he approaches his work, his thoughts that i find inspiring.
He seems very structured in an unstructured way.
His influence is subtle, maybe I watch or look at him a handful of times in a year, each time I see something in his work and come away refocused, energised.
Too many photographers rush to get to output and along the way loose the reason they started out in this biz.
Keep focused, inspired, commercially savvy and be self driven.
